This is the most logical remedy, but considering some stats on you guys here in the states it may be hard for you all to put this tip into practice.  A voluntary survey conducted by Penn State charted that at least 40% of men did they dirty multiple times a week. If you are as consistent as our Penn State friends then here is some food for thought.  A study was conducted with unknowing volunteers to determine the effect of masturbating on testosterone levels.  Each volunteer performed the same routine.  They masturbated on day 1 were instructed to abstain from doing so thereafter.   Their testosterone levels were also measured daily from then as well.  What the researchers found was interesting.  From day 2 through day 5 there was little change in testosterone levels.  On day 8 or the 7th days of abstinence their testosterone levels were measured at 145%, or 45% more than the baseline.  Even better, their testosterone levels remained constant at this elevated level indefinitely until you guessed, another masturbation.  My takeaways are if you are a serial masturbater, by serial meaning daily or doing so more than once a week you are cheating yourself, because your Testosterone levels are most likely lower than what they should be.  Also, we all get that drive when natural is calling. The next time it does happen remember the age old saying “Always in moderation”.  If you want to take your performance to the next level consider refraining from masturbating period, but if you have to release the tension try substituting it for the real thing in moderation of course.
